Vegetable Basra Recipe Preparation Method

Vegetable Basra


  • Basra : 1/2 kg
  • Capsicum(red, green, yellow) : half in each
  • Carrot : 1
  • Green pea(frozen) : 1/2 cup
  • Corn (frozen) : 1/2 cup
  • Sprouts : 10<
  • Dried chilly : 4<
  • Onion : 1
  • Ginger garlic paste :1 tea spoon
  • Soya sauce :2 table spoon
  • Sweet chilly sauce :1 table spoon
  • Oil+salt :needed amount

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Sink basra in vessel and boil. Add salt and oil after boiled.
  2. Brain basra(8-10 min), add cool water and drain again spread basra in a plate, cut vegetables into small pieces and add salt.
  3. Defrost green pea, corn.
  4. Slice chilly 2 to 4 pieces and remove seeds
  5. Add oil in a non stick pan, saute chopped onion, chilly.
  6. Add ginger garlic paste and saute, add vegetables and fry, leave for 2 minutes, then add corn and pea.
  7. Once carrot boiled slowly add basra and saute.
  8. Add soya sauce and fry. Check salt and downgrade the pan and add sweet chilly sauce and serve.
