Stir fry Recipe Preparation Method

Stir fry

Ingredients:

  • Carrot : 2
  • Mushroom : 1/2 cup
  • Pea pods : 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum :1/2
  • Beans sprout : 1/2 cup
  • Spring onion : 1/4 cup
  • Soya sauce : 1 table spoon
  • Ginger : 1 table spoon
  • Garlic : 2 cloves
  • Oil : 1-2 table spoon

PreHeat the owen 180/350 degree

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Slice carrot, capsicum, mushroom in lengthwise. Can use peapods frozen also. Bean sprout available in stores. Shop spring onion in small size.
  2. Heat oil in pan, add chopped ginger, garlic and saute well, add all vegetables, add soya sauce, spring onion, put some amount of salt.
  3. Tasty and healthy stir fry ready.
