Sprouted stir fry Recipe Preparation Method

Sprouted stir fry
Ingredients:

  • Sprouted green gram : 4 cup
  • Chicken breast piece : 250 gram
  • Mushroom : 1 cup
  • Chinese cabbage : 1 cup
  • Carrot : 1/2 cup
  • Sellari : 1/2 cup
  • Spring onion :1/2 cup
  • Mashed garlic :2 cloves
  • Soya sauce :1/4 cup
  • Corn starch :1 table spoon
  • Pepper powder :1/2 tea spoon
  • Corn oil :2 table spoon

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Chop chicken into small pieces. Chop vegetables too.
  2. Add corn starch in ½ cup of water then add chilly sauce, soya sauce.
  3. Take a large non-stick and heat oil. Then add chopped chicken pieces and put garlic paste and saute.
  4. After chicken boiled add carrot, mushroom and saute.
  5. After 2 minutes pour soya sauce and saute then add sprouted green gram, cabbage, spring onion and saute.
  6. Tasty stir fry ready. serve with white rice.
