Spinach ( Paalakkeerai ) Dosa

Ingredients

  • Raw rice -1cup
  • Parboiled rice -1cup
  • Spinach(Palakkeerai) -1cup
  • Urad dhal -1/4cup
  • Green chili -3
  • Cumin -1spoon
  • Oil, Salt -Needed amount

Instructions

  1. Soak and grind the raw rice, parboiled rice and urad dhal each separately.
  2. Add salt and mix all the flour.
  3. Chop the grind the steamed spinach (paalakkeerai).
  4. Add the mixture of spinach, cumin and green chili to the above flour and stir nicely.
  5. Now apply little oil in the plain pan, pour the flour smoothly and set to steam for some time.
  6. Your spinach dosa is ready.
