Sesame Rice Recipe Preparation Method

Sesame Rice


  • Rice                                                  – 1 cup
  • Sesame                                           – 4 spoons
  • Mustard seed, black gram            – 1 teaspoon
  • Sun dried chilli                                 – 3
  • Curry leaves                                    – as required
  • Gingelly Oil                                     – as required
  • Salt                                                  – as required


Clean the sesame, then roast and grind it as powder. Heat the oil in pan, add mustard seeds, black gram, curry leaves, sun dried chilli and roast it well. Then add rice, powdered sesame, salt and mix it well. This rice is good for health.
