Sauteed spinach Recipe Preparation Method
Ingredients:
- Spinach : 2 bags
- Spring onion : 1 cup
- Garlic : 4 cloves
- Ginger : 2 pieces
- Fried sesame : 2 table spoon
- Chilly flakes : 1/2 table spoon
- Soya sauce : 1 table spoon
- Rice vinegar : 1 table spoon
- Pepper powder : 1/2 table spoon
- Ground net oil : 2 table spoon
- Salt : 1/2 table spoon
PreHeat the owen 180/350 degree
Preparation Procedure:
- Rinse, clean the spinach leaves and chop into small pieces.
- Chop spring onion mixture of white and green parts.
- Mash garlic. Mill ginger.
- Heat oil in pan and fry ginger. Add garlic, chilly flakes and fry then add spring onion and mix it well.
- after fry add soya sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper powder and stir well. At last decorate with sesame and downgrade the pan.
