Ragi Idly Recipe Preparation Method

Ingredients

  • Ragi Vermicelli -50 gm
  • Ragi powder -200gm
  • Curd -50gm
  • Dill powder -1/2 Table spoon
  • Onion -1
  • Green chili -2
  • Coriander leaves -small amount
  • Salt -needed amount

Instructions

  1. Slice the needed amount of onion, green chilli, and coriander leaves into small pieces.
  2. Crush the Ragi Vermicelli into small pieces.
  3. Mix the crushed Ragi Vermicelli with ragi powder.
  4. Add salt, curd, sliced onion, green chili, coriander leaves and dill powder with the mixture, mix it and keep aside for one hour.
  5. After one hour a delicious ragi idli can be prepared with the mixture.
  6. Now the ragi idli is ready to have.
