Prawn fry Recipe Preparation Method

Ingredients:
- Prawn : 15
- Corn flour : 2 table spoon
- Ginger garlic paste : 1 tea spoon
- chilly powder : 3/4 tea spoon
- pepper powder : 3/4 tea spoon
- vinegar : 1/2 tea spoon
- soya sauce :3/4 tea spoon
- spring onion(chopped) :1/2 cup
- salt :needed amount
- oil :to fry
Preparation Procedure:
- Cut prawn heat and tail. Remove the black line over prawn.
- Wash it. Drain water.
- Add corn flour, chilly powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, vinegar, soya sauce, salt and mix well in a bowl.
- Then add prawn into the mixture leave for 1 hour to soak.
- Add needed amount of oil to fry. Then put prawn pieces to fry. Chinese prawn ready.
