Potato balls Recipe Preparation Method

Potato balls

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 boiled potato : 4
  • Ginger, garlic paste : 1 table spoon
  • Red chilli (or) chilli powder : 1 table spoon
  • Soya sauce, tomato sauce : 1 table spoon
  • Chilly sauce : 1 table spoon
  • Sugar (or) ajinomoto : 1 table spoon
  • Chopped spring onion : 3
  • Corn flour : 1 table spoon
  • Oil : 5 table spoon
  • Water : 1/4 table spoon
  • Salt : needed amount

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Peel the boiled potatoes , cut lengthwise with circle shaped .
  2. Dilute corn flour in water and keep it in separate.
  3. Take 4 table spoon oil in non-stick pan and fry sliced potatoes into golden color.
  4. Add red chilli, ginger garlic paste and fry.
  5. Now add fried potatoes, soya sauce, salt, sugar, ajinomoto. When it mixed up pour diluted corn flour and keep boil.
  6. When Water dried add spring onion and serve it hot.
