Plantain Stem Salad Recipe Preparation Method
- Chopped pieces of plantain stem – 1 cup
- Soaked moong dhal – ¼ cup
- Coriander leaves – 2 spoon
- Pepper powder – ¼ spoon
- Lemon juice – 1 spoon
- Salt – Needed amount
- Add moong dhal, lemon juice, salt and pepper powder with the chopped plantain stem and mix nicely. Garnish the salad with coriander leaves and serve it.
