Navadhaniyam (Mixed grams) Salad Recipe Preparation Method
- Soaked Navadhaniyam grains – 1 cup
- Cucumber milling – ¼ cup
- Carrot milling – ¼ cup
- Mint leaves – 1 hand full
- Coriander leaves – 1 hand full
- Lemon juice – 1 spoon
- Pepper powder – ¼ spoon
- Salt – Needed amount
- Soak the grams and pulses and for a while and filter it. Then keep the grams under steaming without adding any water.
Now add the above items, mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves, mint leaves and serve it.
