Navadhaniyam (Mixed grams) Salad

Ingredients

  • Soaked Navadhaniyam grains – 1 cup
  • Cucumber milling – ¼ cup
  • Carrot milling – ¼ cup
  • Mint leaves – 1 hand full
  • Coriander leaves – 1 hand full
  • Lemon juice – 1 spoon
  • Pepper powder – ¼ spoon
  • Salt – Needed amount

Instructions

  1. Soak the grams and pulses and for a while and filter it. Then keep the grams under steaming without adding any water.

Now add the above items, mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves, mint leaves and serve it.
