Mango rice Recipe Preparation Method

Mango rice

Ingredients:

  • Rice                                    – 2 cup
  • Mango                                – 1
  • Mustard seeds                   – ½ teaspoon
  • Black gram                          – ½ teaspoon
  • Asafoetida                          – ¼ teaspoon
  • Chilli                                   – 4
  • Curry leaves                      – as required
  • Turmeric powder              – ¼ teaspoon
  • Ground nuts                      – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt & Oil                           – as required

Preparation Method for Mango rice :

Scrap the mango after removing the outer skin. Put oil in pan after getting heat add mustard seed, black gram, curry leaves. Then add asafoetida, chilli, groundnuts and roast it. Then add the scraped mango , salt, turmeric powder and roast again. Add hot boiled rice and mix it well and serve.
