Jambul Fruit Curd Juice Recipe Preparation Method
- Jambul fruit -1cup
- Sugar -1/2cup
- Curd -1/2cup
- Boil two cups of water in a vessel.
- Drop the jambul fruits ssin hot water and close the vessel.
- Once the water is cooled collect the jambul fruit and take only skinny part of the fruit and remove the nuts aside.
- Add sugar and curd with the fruit and crush it nicely in a mixer.
- Then keep the juice in fridge for a while and enjoy the juice.
