Jambul Fruit Curd Juice

Ingredients

  • Jambul fruit -1cup
  • Sugar -1/2cup
  • Curd -1/2cup

Instructions

  1.  Boil two cups of water in a vessel.
  2.  Drop the jambul fruits ssin hot water and close the vessel.
  3.  Once the water is cooled collect the jambul fruit and take only skinny part of the fruit and remove the nuts aside.
  4.  Add sugar and curd with the fruit and crush it nicely in a mixer.
  5. Then keep the juice in fridge for a while and enjoy the juice.
