PINEAPPLE KESARI Recipe Preparation Method
- Semolina 100g
- Pineapple 10 – 15g
- Sugar 150g
- Fat 40g
- Cardamom powder a pinch
- Water 300ml
Preparation Method for Pineapple Kesari:
- Melt fat and roast semolina fill it is light brown.
- Add hot water and mix well keep the vessel covered for 2 minutes.
- Add sugar and mix well and cardamom powder.
- Add cutted pineapple peice.
- Cook for 5 minutes till all the sugar melts.
- Remove from fire and served.
