MADELEINES Recipe Preparation Method
Ingredients for Madeleines :
- Sugar 100gms
- Flour 100gms
- Fat 100gms
- Vanilla essence 5ml
- Baking powder 5gms
- Jam 10gms
- Desiccated coconut 50gms
Preparation Method for MADELEINES
- Proceed as for short sponge put the mixture into meddlers cup.
- Bake it at 375°F for above 15 minutes.
- Remove from the cup.
- Give it jam wash and pass it through the desiccated coconut.
- Garnish with glazed. Cherry and angelica.
