MADELEINES Recipe Preparation Method


Ingredients  for Madeleines :

  • Sugar                                                               100gms
  •  Flour                                                               100gms
  • Fat                                                                    100gms
  • Vanilla essence                                               5ml
  • Baking powder                                               5gms
  • Jam                                                                   10gms
  • Desiccated coconut                                        50gms

Preparation Method for MADELEINES

  • Proceed as for short sponge put the mixture into meddlers cup.
  • Bake it at 375°F for above 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the cup.
  • Give it jam wash and pass it through the desiccated coconut.
  • Garnish with glazed. Cherry and angelica.
