Ingredients for Lemon Curdtarts

  • Sugar                                                                250g
  • Butter                                                               250g
  • Lemon rind & juice                                       2 1/2 nos.
  • Egg yolk                                                           5nos.

Preparation Method for Lemon Curdtarts :

  • Place in a clean bowl.
  • Add and cream together.
  • Soften and add to the other ingredients.
