Ingredients for Hide Sand Cookies :

• Flour                       300gms
• Fat                          200gms
• Icing sugar             150gms
• Vanilla essence       5ml

Preparation Method for Hide Sand Cookies :

• Cream butter & icing sugar
• Fold in the flour
• Set in cold room
• Roll into cylindrical shape
• Apply egg white & roll in caster sugar on top
• Cut in & bake it.
