GENOISE SPONGE Recipe Preparation Method
- Vanilla essence 5ml
- Sugar 100gms
- Flour 100gms
- Egg 3nos.
- Fat 40gms
Preparation Method for Genoise Sponge :
- Melt and glorified and butter
- Whisk eggs, sugar and essence.
- When it become light & fluffy pour in the flour and melted butter alternatively.
- Bake at 400°F in greeted cream.
