Easy pineapple rice Recipe Preparation Method
- Basmati rice(boiled) : 2 cup
- Pineapple (sliced in semi-circle) : 10
- Onion(chopped small size) : 1 cup
- Capsicum (chopped small size) : 1
- Carrot(chopped) : 1 cup
- Spring onion (chopped) : 1
- Ginger (chopped) : 1 table spoon
- Garlic (chopped) : 2 tea spoon/li>
- Soya sauce : 1 table spoon
- Ajinomoto : 1/2 tea spoon
- Gharam masala : 1 tea spoon
- Oil : 2 table spoon
- Chop the items as mentioned above, take the necessary items.
- Heat oil in pan and add garlic, ginger and green chilly and saute.
- Add onion, carrot and capsicum and fry. Add pineapple, gharam masala and saute.
- Saute until carrot add boiled rice. Add soya sauce, ajinomoto, onion and stir for 3 minutes and close the lid and boil in simmer.
- Chinese easy pineapple rice ready, serve with hot.
