Bread – Cucumber – Onion Salad Recipe Preparation Method

This is wonderful, low calorie vegetable indeed has more nutrients to offer than just water and electrolytes. It contains no fats and cholesterol. It is a very good source of potassium, an important intracellular electrolyte. Potassium is heart friendly electrolyte helps to bring a reduction in total blood pressure.
Ingredients:
- Cucumber large – ½
- Onion – 2
- Tomato – 2
- Ledis ilay(in tamil) – ½
- Lemon juice – 2 spoons
- Salt, Pepper powder – Needed amount
- Vinegar – 1 spoon
- Chili powder – ¼ spoon
Preparation procedure:
- Peel the skin and chop the cucumber into small pieces. Also chop the onion, tomato and ledis ilay (in tamil) into pieces.
- Take the chopped vegetables in a bowl or vessel and add little lemon juice, salt, pepper powder and vinegar to it and stir well.
- Now cucumber – onion salad is ready to serve.
