Coconut rice Recipe Preparation Method
Coconut which helps to reduce cholesterol should be used as once a week to maintain out body to be fit. And here is the simple recipe on how to use coconut to prepare coconut rice for our lunch.
Ingredients:
- Rice – 2 cup
- Coconut – ½
- Mustard seeds – ¼ teaspoon
- Black gram – ¼ teaspoon
- Sesame – ¼ teaspoon
- Chilli – 4
- Split Bengal gram – 1 teaspoon
- Curry leaves – as required
- Oil & Salt – as required
Coconut Rice Preparation method:
Put the pan on stove, fry the sesame and keep separately. Then Heat the oil add mustard seeds, black gram, curry leaves. After some time add chilli and split Bengal gram and fry till get the reddish color. Then add the roasted sesame and scraped coconut, fry it again. Then add this mixture with hot boiled rice, add salt and mix it well.
