Chow min Recipe Preparation Method

Chow min
Ingredients: 

  • Chow min : 1 packet
  • Onion : 1
  • Carrot : 1
  • Beans : 100
  • Cabbage : 100 grams
  • Capsicum : 1
  • Garlic :4 cloves
  • Dried chilly : 3
  • Vinegar : 2 tea spoon
  • Groundnut : 1 tea spoon
  • Soya sauce : 1 tea spoon
  • Salt : needed amount
  • Butter, oil : 2 tea spoon

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Boil noodles in 2 liter of water in a bowl. Drain water and rinse in cool water for twice.
  2. Add 1 spoon oil and spread. Slice onion, carrot, beans, cabbage in lengthy size.
  3. Make garlic paste. Soak chilly in vinegar and grind. Grind ground net. Take these things in separate.
  4. Add oil, butter and heat the pan, add garlic paste and fry then add onion. No deep fry. Add all vegetables, salt and saute. Then add noodles.
  5. After fry add chilly paste and saute.
  6. Add soya sauce after 5 minutes, add ground net and fry for another 6 minutes.
  7. Tasty chow min ready.
