Chop suey Recipe Preparation Method

Ingredients:

  • Baby corn : 1 packet
  • Onion : 1
  • Green Chilly : 4
  • Garlic : 6 cloves
  • Soya sauce : 1 table spoon
  • Tomato sauce : 1 table spoon
  • Green chilly sauce : 1 table spoon
  • Ajinomoto : 1/4 table spoon
  • Salt : needed amount
  • Corn flour : 1 table spoon
  • Oil : 2 table spoon

PreHeat the owen 180/350 degree

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Slice baby corn in 2 inch length, slice onion.
  2. Place a chopped garlic in large heated pan don’t let him deep fry. Saute with onion.
  3. Add lengthy sliced chilly, baby corn.
  4. Add sauce items, ajinomoto, salt and add 1/4 cup of water and keep boil.
  5. Pour the Mixture of corn flour in ¼ cup of water simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Best side dish for chappathi, naan, kulsha.
