Chinese meat Recipe Preparation Method
Ingredients:
- Mutton with bone : 1/4 kg
- Potato : 100 gram
- Carrot : 100 gram
- Red dry beans : 50 gram
- Green pea : 50 gram
- Tomato paste : 2 table spoon
- Kuzhambu masala powder : 2 teaspoon
- Chilly powder :1 teaspoon
- Lemon :8
- Salt :needed amount
- Ajinomoto :2 pinch
Preparation Procedure:
- Soak green pea for 2 hour. Drain water.
- Clean mutton and put in cooker. Add 1 liter water. Add needed amount of masala powder, add salt and boil.
- After 15 min, add dry beans, green pea, potato, carrot, tomato paste, chilly powder and saute.
- Add lemon leaf aster vegetables half boiled. Drown grade after fully boiled.
