Chinese cauliflower

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower (small size) : 1
  • Corn flour : 3 table spoon
  • All purpose flour (maida) : 3 table spoon
  • Salt :need amount
  • Garlic (chopped) : 5 cloves
  • Anjinomoto : 1/4 table spoon
  • Green chilly (chopped) : 2
  • Red chilly (chopped) : 3
  • Spring onion : 1 bunch
  • Onion : 1/2
  • Soya sauce : 3 spoon

PreHeat the owen 180/350 degree

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Separate cauliflower into flowerets.
  2. Boil 4 cups of water and add cauliflower, boil for 2 minutes, drain water, use drained water to use gravy
  3. Add maida, corn flour, salt, chilly powder, ajinomoto, ¼ spoon soya sauce, garlic and Mix like bajji batter.
  4. Dip cauliflower into batter and drop in heated oil and fry.
  5. In another pan add oil, garlic, green chilly, red chilly.
  6. Add chopped onion, spring onion and saute.
  7. Once onion deeply fried add soya sauce, add it in cauliflower drained water and boil.
  8. Add 2 table spoon of corn flour in gravy.
  9. Pour this gravy in fried cauliflower.
  10. Tasty to eat with chappathy.
