Chilly crab Recipe Preparation Method
Ingredients:
- Crab : 1/2 kg
- Chilly paste : 2 table spoon
- Oil : 2 table spoon
- Garlic : 1 table spoon
- Ajinomoto : 1 pinch
- Corn flour : 2 table spoon
- Sugar :1 table spoon
- Tomato(chopped) :1 cup
- Vinegar :1 table spoon
- Egg :1
- Salt :needed amount
Preparation Procedure:
- Heat oil in a pan then add mashed garlic and saute.
- Add chilly paste then add 1 tumble of water.
- After boiled add cleaned crab and boil.
- Wter level must be above the crab.
- Add tomato paste, sugar, vinegar, garlic in boiling gravy.
- Close the lied by adding ajinomoto, salt needed amount.
- After 10 minutes boiling, add corn flour to make thick gravy.
- Beat egg in a separate bowl, then add it in gravy, downgrade the vessel once gravy became thick.
