Chicken spring roll Recipe Preparation Method
Ingredients:
- Chicken : 100 gram
- Cabbage : 1/2 cup
- Carrot : 1/4 cup
- Capsicum : 2 table spoon
- White pepper : 1 tea spoon
- Soya sauce : 1 drop
- Salt :needed amount
- Spring onion :2 table spoon
- Garlic :2 cloves
- Butter :1 tea spoon
- Sugar :1/2 tea spoon
Preparation Procedure:
- Mill chicken, vegetables, garlic (or) grind and take it separately
- Heat butter in pan add sugar, garlic.
- Add milled chicken and fry. Add boiled vegetables, soya sauce, salt, white pepper and saute. 3 min fry is enough.
To prepare roll:
- Add salt, maida and make a batter. Roll like thin rotti, and slice it like square shape.
- Make this how much you need and heat it. Add the mixture and roll. Make maida paste and close the edges.
- Fry in oil.
