Chicken soup Recipe Preparation Method

Chicken soup

Ingredients:

  • Chicken : 1/4 kg
  • Shallot(cut onion and greens saperately) : 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum : 1
  • Egg : 1
  • Corn flour : 1/2 cup
  • Ajinomoto : 1 pinch
  • Garlic :6 cloves
  • Salt : needed amount
  • Butter : 1 tables spoon
  • Water : 1 liter

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Clean chicken and boil in 2 cup of water. Remove bone and take meat.
  2. Heat butter in large pan. Fry chopped onion, garlic in melted butter.
  3. Add chopped small pieces chicken. and chopped capsicum.
  4. Boil chicken in 1 liters of water. Now add ajinomoto.
  5. Dissolve corn flour in water and add it in soup then stir well and add salt.
  6. Beat egg and add it in boiling soup by stir. Then only egg form thread in soup.
  7. Chinese chicken soup ready. serve with hot.
