Cabbage Sambar Recipe Preparation Method
- Chopped Chinese cabbage(small pieces) : 1 cup
- Toor Dhal : 1 cup
- Shallot : 10
- Garlic :5 cloves
- Slices tomato : 1
- Sambar powder : 1 table spoon
- Green chilly : 3
- Tamarind juice : 1/4 cup
- Turmeric powder : 1 pinch
- Salt+oil : needed amount
PreHeat the owen 180/350 degree
- Mix toor dhal, turmeric powder, garlic cloves, chilly, tomato and boil like paste.
- Heat oil in pan, add sauted things to fry and add onion, cabbage, sambar powder one by one, add tamarind juice with salt and boil.
- Add boiled dhal leave for 5 minutes and downgarade the pan, its tasty like spinach sambar.
