Cabbage salad Recipe Preparation Method
Cabbage – 100 grams
Green chilli – 2
Spring onion – 2
Spring onion outer field – 2
Oil – 1 tablespoon
Ajinomoto – ¼ teaspoon
White vinegar – ½ teaspoon
Lemon juice – ¼ teaspoon
Chilli powder – ¼ teaspoon
Sugar, salt, pepper – as required
Coriander leaves – to decorate
- Finely chop the cabbage, green chilli, spring onion, spring onion outer field separately.
- Now add salt to the cabbage and mash it well and wait till 30 minutes
- Heat the oil and fry spring onion and spring onion outer field for about 1 minute
- Then mix cabbage, spring onion, spring onion outer field and other items and stir well.
- Apply some coriander leaves and serve.
