Bread – Cheese Salad Recipe Preparation Method

Bread – Cheese Salad


  • Bread pieces                                       – 4
  • Cheese                                                            – 200 gm
  • Chopped Karpura thulasi(Tamil)        -1 spoon
  • Tomato                                                – 4
  • Olive Oil                                              – 6 spoons
  • Lemon juice                                        – 3 spoons
  • Garlic                                                  – 1 clove
  • Chopped Seleri ilai(Tamil)                  – 8

Garnishing items:

Seleri ilai(Tamil)                                 – small amount

Take 6 spoon of olive oil in a bowl. With that add 3 spoons of lemon juice and crushed 1 clove of garlic and mix it well. Then add some pepper powder to the above mixture and stir nicely and keep.

Preparation procedure:

v  Slice the breads as in size of 3 inches and take in a bowl. Chop the tomato in vertical shape.

v  Slice the cheese into small squared shapes and keep aside.

v  Garnish the bread with the above mixture by adding karpura thulasi(tamil).

v  Now add chopped seleri ilai(Tamil) and chopped tomato and mix nicely. Then add the cheese with that and stir well.

v  Serve the salad as soon as you spread on the full seleri ilai(Tamil).
