Black Gram Rice Recipe Preparation Method
- Rice – 2 cup
- Broken black gram – 1 cup
- Garlic – 3 pieces
- Coconut – ½
- Salt – as required
- Clean the rice.
- Roast broken black gram in a pan.
- Now take rice, broken black gram, then add 3 times of water and add salt, scrapped coconut, garlic and boil it in cooker.
- After boil add some gingelly oil and stir lightly then serve.
- We will make it also by using coconut milk instead of scrapped coconut.
