Black Gram Rice Recipe Preparation Method

Black Gram Rice

Ingredients:

  • Rice                                        – 2 cup
  • Broken black gram           – 1 cup
  • Garlic                                     – 3 pieces
  • Coconut                               – ½
  • Salt                                         – as required

Procedure:

  • Clean the rice.
  • Roast broken black gram in a pan.
  • Now take rice, broken black  gram, then add 3 times of water and add salt, scrapped coconut, garlic and boil it in cooker.
  • After boil add some gingelly oil and stir lightly then serve.
  • We will make it also by using coconut milk instead of scrapped coconut.
