  • Beef : 1/4 cup
  • Onion : 1
  • Carrot : 2
  • Capsicum : 1
  • Ginger : 1 piece
  • Garlic : 4 cloves
  • Soya sauce : 2 table spoon
  • Vinegar :1 tea spoon
  • Sugar :1 table spoon
  • Pepper powder :small amount
  • Olive oil :2 table spoon

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Prepare the necessary items. Boil beef by adding vinegar.
  2. Slice onion, capsicum, carrot in length-wise. Chop ginger into small pieces. Mash garlic.
  3. Heat oil in pan add ginger, garlic, then add onion, carrot and saute.
  4. Pour small amount of water close the lid and boil. After carrot half boiled then add meat and needed amount of salt.
  5. Add meat then palace sugar in middle and saute for brown color.
  6. add capsicum and saute. Add soya sauce and saute. After 3 minutes add pepper powder.
  7. Chinese beef curry ready. little bit taste sweet, its match with Chinese noodles and Chinese condense rice. Its main dish in Chinese menu.
