Barbeque chicken fry Recipe Preparation Method
Ingredients:
- Chicken : 1 kg
- Garlic : 6 cloves
- Curd : 1/2 cup
- Olive oil : 6 tea spoon
- Kashmiri chilly powder : 1 table spoon
- Shan tandoori masala : 1 table spoon
- Salt : needed amount
- Green chilly :4
- Lemon :3
Preparation Procedure:
- Remove garlic skin and keep aside, grind green chilly.
- Take cleaned chicken in a vessel add 1 lemon juice and leave it for 10 min. rinse chicken and drain water.
- Add chilly paste, olive oil, curd into chicken.
- Add tandoori masala, salt, chilly powder, 2 lemon juice and mix it well.
- Mix all items and soak it for 1 hour.
- After chicken soaked well, flame barbeque stove and heat chicken pieces. Drain the water in chicken. take the chicken pieces only.
- Add olive oil in all chicken pieces and heat one side.
- Toss for another side.
- It look like reddish after toss two sides.
- Tasty toasted barbeque chicken ready. eat with kuboos, garlic sauce, salad. weight will gain in with out adding oil in foods.
