American chop suey Recipe Preparation Method

American chop suey

Tasty and easy to prepare. It’s takes long time to cook, easy and low price to prepare this item in home. This is Chinese bheal poori. Need many things to prepare this item.

Ingredients:

  • Noodles : 2 packet
  • Onion : 1
  • Capsicum : 1 big in size
  • Spring onion : 1/2 bag
  • Cabbage : 100 gram
  • Carrot : 2
  • Beans : 100 grams
  • Oil : 1/4 cup/li>
  • Green chilly : 6 – 8
  • Ginger paste : 1 tea spoon
  • Salt : needed amount
  • Soya sauce : 1/4 cup
  • Leeks(chopped in small size) : 1
  • Cherry (chopped in small size) : 1

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Make ready of noodles. Boil water in a large pan and put noodles, drain water after noodles fully boiled and spread in a plate, spray some oil on it. Keep it aside. Chop all vegetables( green chilly, onion, capsicum, carrot, beans, cabbage)
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry sliced onion, green chilly. Don’t fry deeply. Add chopped vegetables, salt, soya sauce and fry in light flame and close the vessel. spray some water.
  3. Vegetables will quickly boil by adding soya sauce. Now add noodles.

Second part – fried noodles:
Ingredients:

  • Half boiled noodles : 1 packet
  • Oil to fry : 2 cup

Procedure:

  1. Take half boiled noodles and rinse in cool water and drain water, now fry the half boiled noodles in oil.

Third part – sweet and sour gravy ( sweet and sour vegetable)
Ingredients:

  • Carrot (chopped) : 1 cup
  • Cucumber( chopped) : 1 cup
  • Capsicum(chopped) : 1 cup
  • Onion : 1 cup
  • Salt : needed amount
  • Spring onion : 1 cup
  • White vinegar : 1/2 cup
  • Sugar : 1/2 cup/li>
  • Tomato sauce : 1 cup
  • Corn flour : 2 tea spoon

Procedure:

  1. Clean and boil chopped vegetable, then add tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar and make them boil.
  2. After fully boiled add dissolved corn flour in boiling gravy. It will became thick batter. Down grade the vessel.

Ingredients:

  • Corn flour : 1/2 cup
  • All purpose flour(maida) : 1/2 cup
  • Salt : needed amount
  • Milk : 1/2 cup
  • Water (to mix above items to from thin batter like bajji flour)
  • Beans : 1/2 cup
  • Cabbage : 1/2 cup
  • Onion : 1/2 cup/li>
  • Capsicum : 1/2 cup
  • Ginger : 2 tea spoon
  • Green chilly : 6-8

Procedure:

  1. Add salt, 2 table spoon soya sauce and mix it well. Dip a thick gray batter and fry in heated oil.

Last stage
Procedure:

  1. Spread chowmin in a plate. Add sweat and sour sauce. Then add crispy vegetables.
  2. Add fried boodle. Granish with romato sauce, chilly sauce, cabbage milling and serve.
