Accra Recipe Preparation Method
- All purpose flour(maida) : 500 gram
- Dried fish : 150 gram
- Prawn : 1/4 kg
- Baking powder : 1 tea spoon
- Green chilly : 10
- Ajinomoto : 1/2 tea spon
- Oil :3/4 liters
- Clean dried fish and soak in water for ½ hours. Clean and chop prawn in small pieces. Grind chilly in mixi. Then add dried fish and grind. Add all items in flour stir wait for 1 hr.
- Heat oil in pan, then round small shape of grind mixture and fry in light flame.
