Mushroom fried rice

Ingredients:

  • Mushroom :10
  • Rice : 1 cup
  • Garlic : 3 cloves
  • Soya sauce : 1 tea spoon
  • Tomato sauce : 1 tea spoon
  • Pepper powder :1 tea spoon
  • Spring onion :1/4 cup
  • Olive oil :3 tea spoon
  • Egg :1
  • Salt :needed amount

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Boil rice like drop out. slice mushroom in lengthy size.
  2. Heat oil in pan add chopped garlic and saute. Saute well and add mushroom.
  3. Add salt, egg and soya sauce and saute for 3 minutes then add rice. After 2 minute saute add spring onion pepper powder and stir. Easy mushroom fried rice ready.
