Stir fry Recipe Preparation Method
Ingredients:
- Carrot : 2
- Mushroom : 1/2 cup
- Pea pods : 1/2 cup
- Capsicum :1/2
- Beans sprout : 1/2 cup
- Spring onion : 1/4 cup
- Soya sauce : 1 table spoon
- Ginger : 1 table spoon
- Garlic : 2 cloves
- Oil : 1-2 table spoon
PreHeat the owen 180/350 degree
Preparation Procedure:
- Slice carrot, capsicum, mushroom in lengthwise. Can use peapods frozen also. Bean sprout available in stores. Shop spring onion in small size.
- Heat oil in pan, add chopped ginger, garlic and saute well, add all vegetables, add soya sauce, spring onion, put some amount of salt.
- Tasty and healthy stir fry ready.
