Sprouted ( Sarai payaru ) – Moong Gram Salad Recipe Preparation Method

Ingredients

  • Sprouted sarai payaru(in tamil) pulses -3/4 cup
  • Sprouted moong gram -3/4cup
  • Chopped Onion -1
  • Chopped capsicum -1
  • Chopped unseeded Tomato -1
  • Chopped green chili -2
  • Lemon juice -1and half spoon
  • Chat masala -1and half spoon
  • Chopped coriander leaves -2spoon
  • Salt -needed amount

Instructions

  1. Take the sprouted sarai payaru(in tamil), moong gram, onion, capsicum, tomato and green chili in a bowl and stir it nicely. Then keep the bowl in fridge for half an hour.
  2. After half an hour take the bowl and mix the above items with little lemon juice, chat masala and salt.
  3. Now garnish the salad with coriander leaves and serve it.
  4. This salad is rich in protein and very good for individuals who are involved in sports and games.
