Schezwan rice Recipe Preparation Method

Ingredients:

 

  • Boneless chicken pieces : 1/4 kg
  • Vinegar : 2 spoons
  • Soya sauce : 2 spoons
  • Garlic : 5 cloves
  • Red chilly : 1
  • Spring onion : 32 spoon
  • Oil :2 table spoon
  • Salt :1/4 spoon
  • Water :1/4 cup

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Clean chicken and add corn flour, salt 1/8 teaspoon and mix well.
  2. Heat oil in pan and fry chicken in light brownish color keep aside.
  3. Add garlic in same pan and fry. Add chicken, vinegar, sugar, salt, soya sauce, water and saute then close the lid and boil for 3 minutes.
  4. Chicken boiled well.
  5. Add spring onion, chilly and saute for 2 minutes.
