Schezwan rice Recipe Preparation Method
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken pieces : 1/4 kg
- Vinegar : 2 spoons
- Soya sauce : 2 spoons
- Garlic : 5 cloves
- Red chilly : 1
- Spring onion : 32 spoon
- Oil :2 table spoon
- Salt :1/4 spoon
- Water :1/4 cup
Preparation Procedure:
- Clean chicken and add corn flour, salt 1/8 teaspoon and mix well.
- Heat oil in pan and fry chicken in light brownish color keep aside.
- Add garlic in same pan and fry. Add chicken, vinegar, sugar, salt, soya sauce, water and saute then close the lid and boil for 3 minutes.
- Chicken boiled well.
- Add spring onion, chilly and saute for 2 minutes.
