Prawn fried rice

Ingredients:

  • Boiled long grain white rice :4 cups
  • Spring onion : 4
  • Ginger, garlic paste : 1 table spoon
  • Egg : 4
  • Cleaned and chopped prawn : 1/4 kg
  • Soya sauce :3 table spoon
  • Rice wine vinegar :3 table spoon
  • Oyster sauce :2 table spoon
  • White pepper :1 tea spoon
  • Salt :1 tea sppoon
  • Gingelly oil :1 table spoon
  • Sugar :2 tea spoon
  • Groundnut oil :1/4 cup
  • Vegetable mixture :1 cup

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Add soya sauce, rice wine vinegar, oyster sauce, gingelly oil, sugar, salt half teaspoon, white pepper one pinch in a small vessel and mix. Beat the egg in a small cup with salt and chilly.
  2. Heat oil in pan, the pour the egg and make omelet, then cut into small pieces.
  3. Then heat oil in pan. Add ginger garlic paste and add prawn pieces then saute.
  4. Add vegetables. Then Add the rice and stir. Once rice became heated add the soya sauce mixture and saute.
  5. Add salt, pepper the saute. Then add the chopped spring onion, egg pieces and saute.
  6. Add salt, check for spicy if you need more spicy means add and saute. Serve with hot in bowl.
