Potato balls Recipe Preparation Method
Ingredients:
- 3/4 boiled potato : 4
- Ginger, garlic paste : 1 table spoon
- Red chilli (or) chilli powder : 1 table spoon
- Soya sauce, tomato sauce : 1 table spoon
- Chilly sauce : 1 table spoon
- Sugar (or) ajinomoto : 1 table spoon
- Chopped spring onion : 3
- Corn flour : 1 table spoon
- Oil : 5 table spoon
- Water : 1/4 table spoon
- Salt : needed amount
Preparation Procedure:
- Peel the boiled potatoes , cut lengthwise with circle shaped .
- Dilute corn flour in water and keep it in separate.
- Take 4 table spoon oil in non-stick pan and fry sliced potatoes into golden color.
- Add red chilli, ginger garlic paste and fry.
- Now add fried potatoes, soya sauce, salt, sugar, ajinomoto. When it mixed up pour diluted corn flour and keep boil.
- When Water dried add spring onion and serve it hot.
