Onion Rice Recipe Preparation Method
Ingredients:
- Rice – 1 cup
- Onion – ½ cup
- Green chilli – 2
- Mustard seeds, Black gram – 1 teaspoon
- Cumin seed – 1 teaspoon
- Curry leaves – as required
- Red Chilli powder – ¼ teaspoon
- Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
- Salt – as required
- Oil – as required
Procedure for Onion Rice with Indian Masala:
Heat the oil then add mustard seeds, black gram, cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chilli, chopped onion and roast it well. Then add salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder and roast again, after roast well add rice with it and mix well and serve.
