Mushroom Dosa Recipe Preparation Method
Ingredients
- Mushroom -1cup
- Dosa flour -2cup
- Chopped onion -1/4cup
- Pepper powder -1spoon
- Cumin powder -1spoon
- Gravy powder -1spoon
- Garlic paste -2cloves
- Oil, Salt -Needed amount
Instructions
- Chopp the onion and fry deeply.
- Also add garlic, pepper powder, gravy masala, and salt with onion and fry deeply.
- Fry the chopped mushroom with the above mixture, add some water and close the pan for a while and switch off.
- Apply oil in the plain pan spread dosa flour and add mushroom mixture, chopped onion, coriander leaves on dosa and keep it for steaming.
Now the delicious mushroom dosa is ready.
