CREME BRULEE Recipe Preparation Method
Ingredients
- Milk 125ml
- Sugar 50gms
- Egg 2no.s
- Caster sugar 15gms
- Vanilla Essence 5ml
- Fresh cream 125ml
Preparation Method for CRÈME BRULEE
- Warm the milk cream & vanilla essence.
- Mix the eggs & sugar & add warm milk.
- Stir well & pass through as strainer.
- Pour the cream into individual dished and placed them into a tray half filled with warm water.
- Place in the oven at approximately 160°C/325°F for about 30-40 minutes until set.
- Sprinkle the topo with caster sugar & glaze under salamander.
- Clean the dish and serve.
