Chinese Vegetable Soup Recipe Preparation Method

Ingredients:

  1. Onion (finely chopped) – 1
  2. Tomato – 1
  3. Garlic – 3 pieces
  4. Cabbage – ½ cup
  5. Carrot – ¼ cup
  6. French bean – ¼ cup
  7. Tomato ketchup – 2 teaspoon
  8. Soya chaos – 2 teaspoon
  9. Corn flour – 1 teaspoon
  10. Salt – as per requirement
  11. Oil – 5 teaspoon

Procedure for Chinese Vegetable Soup:
1. Add oil, then add onion, tomato, garlic, cabbage, beans one by one in oil and roast it.
2. After that add tomato chaos and soya chaos and roast well.
3. Add 4 cups of water in that and boil up to 10 minutes
4. Then add corn flour which is mixed with water.
5. Drop after boiling up to 2 minutes
6. Serve with salt and pepper
