chilly paneer Recipe Preparation Method

Ingredients:

  • Paneer : 200 grams
  • Corn flour : 1/2 cup
  • All purpose flour(maida) : 2 table spoon
  • Salt : 1/2 table spoon
  • Ajinomoto : 1/4 spoon(needed amount)
  • Chilly powder : 1 1/2 table spoon<
  • Pepper powder : 1/2 table spoon<
  • Baking powder : 1/2 table spoon
  • Milk :4 table spoon

Ingredients for gravy:

  • Oil : 80 mille
  • Chopped onion : 25 grams
  • Chilly powder : 1 1/2 tea spoon
  • Ginger paste : 1/2 tea spoon
  • Garlic paste : 1/2 tea spoon
  • Chopped green chilly :2
  • Coriander leave : 2 table spoon
  • Ajinomoto : 1/4 spoon
  • Water : 1 cup
  • Corn flour : 1 table spoon
  • Vinegar : 2 tea spoon
  • Tomato sauce : 2 tea spoon
  • Sugar : 1 tea spoon
  • Salt : needed amount
  • Pepper powder : 1/2 tea spoon
  • Chopped spring onion : 3 tea spoon

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Take corn flour, maida, salt, ajinomoto, chilly powder, pepper powder, baking powder in a large bowl add some milk and mix like a thick batter.
  2. Soak paneer pieces into the batter and leave for 5 minutes. deep fry the batter in hot oil and keep aside.

Preparation of gravy:

  1. Dissolve corn flour in water, and add tomato sauce, vinegar, soya sauce, salt, sugar, pepper powder.
  2. Fry onion in a pan. Add Red chilly paste( boil chilly and grind). Ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilly, coriander leafs and saute. Add ajinomoto.
  3. Then add corn flour mixture and make them boil. Keep it aside.
  4. Flame the gravy at the time of serving, add paneer fritters(pakoda) and boil when it comes to thick batter then switch of the flame.
  5. Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve it in bowl.
