Chicken fried rice
Ingredients:
- Boiled Basmati rice :1/2 kg
- Chicken : 200 grams
- Carrot : 200 grams
- Cabbage : 200 grams
- Capsicum : 1
- Beans :200 grams
- Spring onion :100 grams
- Soya sauce :3 tea spoon
- Chilly sauce :2 tea spoon
- Pepper powder :1 tea spoon
- Ajinomoto :1 table spoon
- Vinegar :2 tea spoon
- Egg :2
- Oil :100 grams
- Salt :needed amount
Preparation Procedure:
- Boil rice. Chop all vegetable.
- Boil chicken and chop.
- Heat oil in non stick pan add carrot, beans cabbage and saute for 5 minutes
- Add chicken, capsicum, spring onion and saute. Then chilly sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, rice and stir well. Close the pan and wait for 10 minutes.
- Head oil in pan and fry egg.
- Add the fried egg in rice pan and serve.
